With regards to Florian Tiziani, a French Police Officer and Pompier, it’s too risky for Bradley (not to mention he’s a very jealous man at best), to allow anyone with Florian’s credibility to wrong him. Since announcing ‘Florian Tiziani’ online (see the previous posts titled, ‘At Last My Love Has Come Along’), my husband has managed to come in the middle of us pulling his usual strings from his broad support network boasting power of position who have wasted no time building their walls between us (circulating on my husband’s behalf blatant lies). Florian has a job to protect and can’t afford to resist any orders and/or expectations coming from the top… https://jeannedarc14123.wixsite.com/trentesta-campaign/post/art-259-1a-spouse-may-not-produce-at-the-hearing-a-mean-of-proof-which-he-or-she-obtained-by-dures
On the 30th of December, 2020; Florian declared his love for me, telling me he loves me every hour throughout the night. I had to be careful taking him too seriously at first because I loved him too (from the moment I saw him actually), but I never said anything at first because I didn’t want to put him in the middle of my divorce. One must understand that the last man who declared his love like this gave me a seven-year sentence on the streets and I’m still trying to divorce him today. In response to Florian’s declaration of love, I said to his English speaking colleague who was sitting next to him, ‘oh, Florian is just saying that because it’s the only thing he knows how to say in English’. After my response was translated back to Florian in French, he replied back with ‘no no, it’s true, I really do love you’ and then I said, ‘ok then, I love you too bebe’ (and this went on for the rest of the night, the I love you and I love you too). Florian wanted to know what I was doing for NYE and I told him, I’d be spending it at the station on my lap top, as usual (and that’s exactly what I did).
On the 2nd of January, 2021; Florian returned to the station, while on duty at approximately 4am with another colleague. We were glad to see each other again, but only then did I realize (and much to my surprise), that not everyone approved. An intense conversation took place between four colleagues, one in particular began attacking Florian, challenging his interests in me. The conversation between them was all in French and I didn’t understand any of it, except for what Florian, was trying to translate in English using an app on his mobile phone. I stood next to him without a sound and watched on but it wasn’t hard to see what was happening. During to course of conversation Florian, showed me his mobile phone and on the screen the words read in English, ‘we can just get married and have three dogs’. I nodded with enthusiasm and said ‘yes, yes of course’. Then I realized what they were talking about and to confirm it, I asked for the English translations. I was shocked that I was hearing this from the mouth of a police officer I considered a friend of mine but it’s not the first time to be honest that I’ve been the subject of sex-discrimination…
August 2021, almost eight months later, I was informed that Florian has all of a sudden got a new girlfriend, a nurse organized for him by the police who was deemed for suitable for his age… lucky I don’t suffer from jealousy or I may have gone mad, the only disappointments for me were (a) my friends in the police force, I trusted wholeheartedly and (b) I was under the impression that Florian and I, were building a new opportunity (as he made it quite clear to me that the girl he was seeing was only a sex plan)…
EVIL FLOURISHES WHEN GOOD PEOPLE DO NOTHING
(by the late Steve Erwin, Australia’s wildlife hero, who taught the world to respect all life forms)
This is unfortunately a repeat – almost word for word – of the conversation that took place between my husband Bradley and Gozo Detectives who admitted to taking their instruction from EUROPOL – Gozo Detectives involved in this crime (detailed below), stuck their middle finger up at me as I left Gozo to board the Ferry back to Malta, with my husband, they added ‘this is not over’ and I replied with ‘go your hardest, GOD will win’ and tuck my middle finger straight back up at them (Document: 28, Incident Report: Re-applied 14th August, 2015 (11 Pages) – page 147 of the Divorce File).
The image below labelled A1-101 is an extract of some of Bradley’s own admissions, mentioned in his letter to Peppi Azzopardi (Document: 3, Titled: Mr Peppi Azzopardi (3 Pages), page 15 of the divorce file) demonstrating the in-dignifying statements that effectively discredit me, aimed to breakdown my confidence; based on sex-discrimination fuelled by sheer hatred. What’s my crime? The refusal to be beaten!
The conversation at the First District Police Station on the 2nd of January, 2021, that involved Florian, targeted my age and the capacity to have children ‘…how can it work between you two, she’s too old to have your children’; and the level of experience in the bedroom, painting the impression of me, as someone who’s slept with hundreds of me ‘she’s very very experienced…’, causing Florian to feel intimidated; which makes me wonder how the hell they came up with that one, as it is a false accusation. To the contrary, since leaving Australia, to travel around Europe, the only man I have consented having sexual relations with, is my husband Bradley Agius …and just to be quite clear, I DO NOT give sexual favors to get what I want, despite the lies my husband has circulated throughout the police force discrediting me (after intentionally destabilizing me by discontinuing the rent, forcing me into homelessness).
When I need something, I simply ask for it politely and my conduct is that of civil non-threatening nature. Sometimes I have to negotiate for my basic needs but does NOT involve sexual favors. The police in both Malta and France are the prime witnesses.
It’s important to note that people with mental health disorders, cannot effectively communicate their needs with the same success rate that I’ve managed to achieve alone, (without the involvement of social workers and/or associations subsidized by the European Union, that I have simply lost faith in since being failed on all four corners):
⦁ The Housing Authority rejected my urgent application twice…
⦁ The Social Worker at the Housing Authority, upon disclosing the levels of
domestic abuse my husband subjected me to, told me that it’s all in my head, which is the worst thing you can tell someone who is experiencing abuse and trying
to seek support.
⦁ Another social worker employed by the Ministry for Social Solidarity, sat in the
chair of a person who had already authorized my food vouchers – at the office
of the Community Chest Fund – and refused to process my application (and refused
me food vouchers) until such time that I agreed to be counselled by her first. I did not
deem counselling necessary in order to put food in my mouth (a human right)
⦁ The YMCA began creating an illegal file in my name with every visit I made for
clean clothes; I did not ask them for accommodation… I was subjected to
abuse and profanities by staff while attempting to collect some clean clothing
from the donation tub that were free to everyone. On their front door, they boast ‘The YMCA Valletta is a non-profit voluntary and ecumenical movement seeking to promote the vision to build a more just society…’.
⦁ Dar Merhba Bik refused me entry into their shelter, as they were full; but even
when vacancies arise, they were not willing to accommodate me
⦁ Dar Qalb ta Gesu, will not take short term tenants and do not have crises
intervention;
⦁ The MSIDA Police told me that the incidents of abuse were simply too old to file
a report against my husband, who was working for the Ministry of Social Solidarity at
the time. They were talking to me at the same time as holding an open line over the
phone to Mater Dai Hospital conversing in Maltese, saying something about a crazy
person needing to be picked up urgently
⦁ Dar Theresa in Valletta (an emergency shelter for women, newly opened by the
⦁ Catholic Church) insisted on a referral from a social worker and had vacancies; they
did give me the opportunity to gain one from the Director of The Catholic Church as
an alternative; who could not give it...
⦁ The Director of the Catholic Church in Floriana politely informed me of his
reason for not being able to give such a referral after explaining my current
circumstances, which led to homelessness. He said it was because he doesn’t know
me…
⦁ Appogg said they cannot guarantee housing. They can however, place an
application to the Housing Authority on my behalf; which was not deemed necessary,
as I have already done that. They also offered to re-construct an application on my
behalf to enable me welfare benefits, despite not qualifying; which were I come from,
constitutes fraud on government documentation and I am simply not willing to break
the law; ‘no-body checks’ they said! ‘If I don’t qualify, then I don’t qualify
and that’s that’, I replied…
⦁ Finally, the sisters for all other alternative accommodation said they
cannot do anything, as they have social workers sitting on top of them…
⦁ All the services mentioned above (except for NGO) fall under the umbrella of the
ministry where my husband was appointed as new employee at the time and everyone believed that this was the real underlying issue, (Document: 26, TrentEsta: A Proposal… the official report (37 Pages) – page 107 of the Divorce File)
In France, upon my arrival, local associations (and social workers tied to them), including but not limited to the Red Cross, who may also be subsidized by the European Union, refused to assist me with (a) independent accommodation because I didn’t have French Papers and an income and (b) with meals that do not cause me an allergic reaction. The Red-Cross told me out right that ‘beggars’ can’t be choosers’, and I replied with, ‘well then, I’m not a beggar so that means your services aren’t for me, thanks anyway’…
The only reliable service I can honestly vouch for in France, is BAPSA, which is a section of the police force that help homeless people with their basic needs without judgement, who have not only helped me while doing their usual nightly rounds but also befriended me; and in addition, the French Police, both the Gendarmery and uniform police at the local stations, have overtime provided food, clothing, water and monetary donations without me asking. Their support is deemed more reliable than local associations. Before I go upsetting people boasting about the French Police, I must mention that I am perfectly aware of the problems between the community and the French Police and that even in my situation, the French Police, were not all saints; however, in all due respect, I can honestly say that despite their errors, the majority of my interactions with the French Police, have been positive and respectful. They tried at one point to offer independent accommodation on two separate occasions, the first attempt required me to have French Papers, which I cannot do because I already have the maximum passports according to Australian Standards – dual citizenship, that I’m not willing to give up – and the second attempt, by the third district police station and in the absence of the Police Commissioner, a room was offered in a house sharing with other homeless people who are problematic, don’t respect the law and prone to unprovoked aggression arising from drug and alcohol addictions and related mental health problems – jail would have been a better offer!!!
Those services are all tied to associations and social workers that have exhausted my time and patience, to say the least. If I can fill in my own forms and communication on civil terms my own needs, the headache of a social worker is not deemed necessary.
I arrived in Paris, December 2017, after the murder disgrace of the Maltese Investigative Reporter dubbed the most fearless, the late Daphne Caruana-Galizia, who as a result of investigating EUROPOL’s involvement in my divorce case, discovered a very serious link between Political Islam and the European Union...
Important Note:
The European court of Human Rights has established that states have a duty to
protect the enjoyment of the right to life under Article 2, the right not to be subjected
to torture and ill-treatment under Article 3 and the right to family life under Article
8; the duty to protect applies also where a private individual commits the actual
breach. When authorities fail to take appropriate action to protect the lives of the innocent,
mainly women… they are affectively in breach of the convention. A state cannot wait for the actual violation to take place; it must take measures in order to prevent its occurrence.
Gender based violence against women may breach provisions of the convention,
regardless of whether those provisions expressly mention violence. The council of
Europe’s European Committee of Social Rights has stated that Article 16 of the
European Social Charter on the right of the family to social, legal and economic
protection applies to all forms… and that state parties are obligated to adopt measures to protect women… both in law and in practice.
